Pokemon: Spirit of Hope

Welcome to my random side project: Pokemon Spirit of Hope (Project Name: Pokemon Kalmalka)

I'm building this as both an exercise in learning RPGMaker (which is something that I've wanted to do for a while) and as a testing grounds for ideas I have for balancing a mainline Pokemon Game (of which I have many bad ideas). I currently make no guarantees towards an upload schedule, and while I do playtest every thing at least once, I'm sure that there are bugs/errors that will pop up while playing through this.

Game Pitch:

Explore the Kalmalka Region, which has recently founded its first Pokemon League. Conquer all 8 gyms, and get a job as the Champion of the region! As a veteran trainer, we expect you to do very well! Get advice from your local friendly Team Spirit member, and maybe challenge their bases for some extra training! 

Current Content:

Four Towns - Aurelia Town (Your basic starting town), Argentville (home to the Outdoor Market),  Princetin (home to Princetin University, and the first Gym of the Region), and Mercury City (First Team Cheer Base, Pet Shop, and Ball Mart)

Imported IV/EV displays.

6 Routes (3 of which are technically optional to the main progression)

58 Different Wild Pokemon Species (not counting evolutions)

Known Shortcomings:

Background Music has not been inputted for most locations

Town Map is currently links to a completely different region

Rival Name input is not implemented yet.

Team Rocket has temporarily filled in for Team Cheer
